Ocufuse is a journal and practice app. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. Plus adds features; it does not add any diagnosis or treatment.
Questions about Plus
Can I switch plans?
Yes. To move to Lifetime, pick it in the web app at any time; your subscription then stops renewing and ends with the period you already paid for. To switch between monthly and yearly, open Subscription in the web app's settings; if the switch isn't offered there, contact us and we change it for you.
What is the Lifetime plan?
A one-time payment for Ocufuse Plus with no renewals. It stays on your Ocufuse account. There is no free trial for Lifetime.
What happens when I cancel?
Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: your logs, photos and doctors stay, and the free plan shows the last 14 days of history. Subscribe again later and your full history is back.
How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial and the monthly plan with a 3-day free trial, once per account. You are not charged if you cancel at least a day before the trial ends. After that, the plan renews automatically until you cancel.
Can I get a refund?
